24 Hours in Berlin, Germany | Travel Diaries
To be honest, I have been awful about blogging this summer. I am getting into the groove of trying to be an "adult" and am hoping to start blogging more frequently. Anyway, here are a few of my favorite moments from my day in Berlin, Germany. You can read about my time in Copenhagan from this same trip here.
A few of the beautiful buildings in Berlin. Berlin had an incredibly interesting juxtaposition between new and old-world, European architecture. After spending the day with Boris (our phenomenal tour guide) I heard the history of just about every building in Berlin, new or old.
Y’all, this food! I didn’t expect much from the food in Germany. I don't eat meat (aside from seafood occasionally) so I didn’t expect many food options for me. But we went to a little traditional German buffet and they had some delicious fish with some amazing cream spinach. Which I’m not even usually a fan of. My mom had some pork schnitzel with some of the most incredible potatoes that I ever had!
What other way to end a post about Germany than with chocolate! Look at this little fella. Thats all for now and look for more to come!
