My Current Travel Wishlist | Spring 2018
Today I wanted to share a few of the places I hope to go soon or have plans to visit in the coming year. Hopefully you will get some inspiration for your next vacation!
I've never had the chance to go to Boston and it feels like I'm missing out on an American right of passage. Boston is full of so much history and is a beautiful city. One of my incredibly sweet and talented friends is moving here for graduate school, so I hope to visit her in the fall. (Boston in the fall, does it get any prettier?!)
After venturing to the West Coast for the first time in 2017, I'm ready to go back. Instead of opting for the sunshine in California, I'm yearning for the rainy days in Portland. (In case you didn't know, I actually love rain.) Portland is a city full of quirks and hippy-dippy stuff that is right up my alley. While I don't have any plans to visit Portland, I hope to soon!
In the last six months I feel like every travel blogger I follow has gone to Iceland. After seeing their photos I totally get why - it's freaking beautiful! Not only is Iceland stunning, but $200 and a quick six hour plane ride will get you there. To be honest, as a poor college student Iceland wouldn't normally top my travel wishlist. However, WOW Airlines has changed the game. They offer super cheap flights that can get you to Iceland for about $200. This is another spot I don't have concrete plans to visit, I hope to make it happen soon!
Saint Petersburg, Russia
The United States and Russia may not have the best history politically, but that doesn't stop me from looking forward to my upcoming visit there. I have always wanted to visit Saint Petersburg, I think that can be attributed to my love for the movie Anastasia. Luckily for me, I'll be heading there next month.
